The Zoo AGAIN

We recently went to the zoo with some friends because ... well ... Aubrey LOVES IT! Here are a few pics from our day. We went with Aubrey's friend Olivia and I think you can tell from the photos how well they get along!

I added a video for Aubrey's friend Micah who LOVE LOVE LOVES Giraffes! The giraffes were just let out for the day and they just ran and ran and ran.

Whenever the strollers were close the girls were holding hands!

Around the House

These pictures were taken a few days ago and they show some fun new things we like to do.

Aubrey hides in cabinets and just waits to scream when daddy finds her.

She also enjoys putting our shoes on and her latest LOVE is the rocker.

The rocker was my mothers and she got it around the time my brother was born.

Aubrey has not quite been able to climb in, but has learned to hold on while it is rocking. :D

He has Risen!

Well we awoke at 5am on Easter morning! Evan preached at a sunrise service.

We came home and slept for an hour and then went to MiMi and PopPop's.

We had an Easter Egg hunt with Aubrey's cousins.

Aubrey wore her Christening dress and we tied a pink and brown bow around it

to help add a little Spring!

She had new pink sandals that she HATED at first, but she got use to them.

Aubrey kept taking Amelia's Elmo basket. :D

Aubrey quickly learned how to open her eggs

because she knew there was candy waiting for her.

Eli... he had an M&M mustache for the majority of the day.

THAT'S EVERYBODY!! (except baby Sarah; she was asleep)

Norah was very helpful. She helped tell Aubrey where the eggs were.

At Brookfield Zoo

We went to Brookfield Zoo a few weeks ago and here are a few videos from the day.

It was the first time that Aubrey truly seemed interested in the animals and what was going on around her. She lights up when she sees animals of any kind. It was fun to watch as she waved hello or said goodbye to each one we visited! As warmer weather approaches, I can not wait for more times like these!

As I looked through our videos to find these, it is amazing to me to see the progress and growth! Genesis 1:27 comes alive in her; "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them". I do not think I could see God anymore than I see Him in Aubrey. She really is fearfully and wonderfully made and every day she shows us a piece of our creator in a new and wonderful way!
