Aubrey's first pair of shoes

My mom and I went shoe shopping last week and Aubrey came home with one pair of white boots and a pair of pink and brown velcro "fashion shoes". Aubrey os CONSTANTLY playing with our shoes and loves when we put her shoes on. She quickly figured out how to un-velcro and untie her double knotted shoes. She is now walking like a professional and bending her knees as she takes steps and walking more than crawling these days.

All we have forgotten, but meant to post ( Sorry Bethany)

Aubrey and her dainty eating.

Aubrey seeing the train at her Nana and Grandpa's house for the first time.

A day with dad.

Aubrey walking in the great outdoors at the A-Frame.

SHE IS ONE!!!!!

Aubrey was up at 7:30 and took a half hour nap (compared to 2 hours). She was so happy during her party and had a great time moving from one person to the next; soaking up all the attention she could.

Aubrey wore a dress she got from her Great Grandma Sarah and a shrug that I bought her on the day after Thanksgiving at 4am. SHE WAS GORGEOUS!

We served hot pink cupcakes to everyone, but Aubrey had a home made cake all to herself.

She ate her cake one small bite at a time. It was funny how careful she was being Everyone was hoping she would dive in, but Aubrey took her time; UNBELIEVABLY.

One of her gifts was a mouse and she was done opening after she unwrapped the mouse.

She did great job with unwrapping her gifts and enjoyed playing with each for a little while before moving on.

Getting ready for Christmas

We set up for Christmas last week and it was AWESOME! Aubrey was having fun emptying bins and opening boxes. She is at an incredible age now. She seems to really be trying to understand what is going on and looks as though she is loving each moment life brings to her. It is incredible to watch her grow by leaps and bounds as the days pass.

Mesmerized by dad as he is "building" our Charlie Brown tree.

Aubrey was constantly watching Evan as he separated the branches of our tree and ran the lights around.

TOO CUTE!

The hat was a little big!

Aubrey's Baptism

Aubrey was baptized on December 5th. Many close friends and family were there to celebrate with us. She looked beautiful in her white dress and bow. She was also given the opportunity to try out her new walking shoes! We are so blessed to be surrounded by so many who care for and truly love our family. God's unconditional love and bounty was shining through that day by all of those who showed up to be witnesses and supporters of/for our family.

The A Frame

We enjoyed our time at the a-frame. It was a new adventure for us having Aubrey there and being more mobile than ever. She did a great job and was mesmerized with everything. She enjoyed walking out on the deck and watching the fire.

Aubrey enjoyed eating outside with everyone

Aubrey watched eagerly as we worked
