First Day of School!

Well school has begun! Aubrey was very eager to get back! The Lord continues to bless us with Good Shepherd Preschool! Aubrey will be there 3 days a week with Miss Jen and Miss Sandy. She is loving it and we are praying for good friends and a wonderful year. We know the Lord is faithful and we can not wait to experience another year with this amazing little girl!!

 She LOVED the horses!

 Preparing for the party...

Notice the picture in the back...
anyone who knows this little girl knows that she drew one heck of a self portrait!

Emersyn

Well Emersyn has come a very long way in such a short time!! Here are a few pics of what she is doing these days...

She is so very proud of herself! She will literally pull up on something and look around to see who has noticed. Once you are watching she will begin to laugh. WE ARE NOT EXCITED!! She needs to hold off for a few months... at least!

We have also been sitting and crawling. We are okay with these things!

She is also a wonderful baby for Aubrey. She is MADLY in love with her big sister who is trying to figure out the proper uses for a little sister.
 More bad behavior...

If you notice her facial expressions are pretty much the same. Emersyn is an extremely happy baby!! Sh loves talking, laughing, and most of all smiling. We are so blessed beyond measure and love each moment this little one gives us!!

Tough Mudder Indeed!

Well it is the first blog in months and before I begin catching up I will just post what all are asking for, TOUGH MUDDER!! This is an obstacle course designed by British Special Ops. The event has 21 obstacles over 13 miles. The team completed it in 4 and a half hours. Who-Rah!
It was great to witness the mud play and here are a few picks!!! If you'd like to see what on earth this is all about or to join the team for May 2013, visit toughmudder.com.

We traveled in style! Some good friends decorated the van for us!
Thank you Philo Girls!!

Aubrey's design...

Shoe heaven... our site upon entering and leaving.
The showers...
The girls enjoying the shuttle to the event.
Walking down to begin the torture.
Evan had a few more fans in the crowd.
The first obstacle we were able to see... mud hills and pits.
 The after shot...
 and the group.
Monkey bars... they go up and then down.
Everest... A VERY LARGE curved wall... a few hops up and a long reach to others to pull you up.
Evan was up on his own... first try. He then began pulling other teammates up.

Sighting the team at the last few obstacles. Evan was about to dive into mud below and voltage above...

Making it through the electric eel.

 The girls traveled in style.!

A proud little girl and her daddy!!
