Easter Fun

We painted Easter Eggs on Saturday night.

Aubrey had fun coloring the eggs and then dying them in order to see her drawings pop out.

The best part of the night was when Aubrey spilled the orange dye everywhere...

We went to my parent's house on Sunday.

We enjoyed an afternoon with all of the cousins, Evan's parents, and a family friend.

Helicopters Raining Eggs!

We walked to a nearby church on Saturday to experience a helicopter egg drop.

Once we told Aubrey what we were doing, she talked nonstop about eggs raining down.

St. Mark's Egg Hunt

We went to an Easter Egg Hunt at our church on Good Friday.

The children walked around and helped "re-enact" the steps Christ took in his last few days

We went with a few friends and some parts were more exciting than others for each of them :D

Aubrey and Kevin had a great time "washing hands" in some water; while poor Micah sat and watched a little leery of the task...

However, Micah liked snacking with everyone along the way...

When it was time for the egg hunt... they all enjoyed!

We sat together at the end and had the fruits of our labor...

Josiah even had a few eggs.

There were some eggs on top of the window sill, Evan and Aubrey did their best to grab them.

Evan's cousin DJ and his wife Natasha came to visit from South Carolina.

Around Our Home

Aubrey has many friends! it seems she must take them wherever she goes in the house...

We have also been making crowns each day... she likes glue best!

I like her outfit best! She picked it out herself... fashion designer in the making?!?!

There is NEVER a dull moment here!

Norah Turned 7!

Norah celebrated her 7th birthday two weeks ago and I could not make the event.

It was VERY disappointing especially after I found out that Aubrey was going to a bakery/candy shop. The kids REALLY enjoyed themselves and it was such a great idea.

Evan was able to enjoy the day with everyone; it was good to have a daddy daughter day!

Aubrey refilled her cup often from the punch fountain!

She is ready to start decorating!

They each picked out candy to decorate with...

Amelia really went to town!

Norah made cotton candy for everyone.

Then everyone played a few games and won prizes of candy!

They ended the day with pizza and cupcakes.

Oh and they ended the day with craziness... naps were needed!
